Rob Hess – Pastor
Rob has been the Pastor of Redeemer Baptist since December 2012. He grew up in south Florida and attended the Montana Wilderness School of the Bible.
He has been married to Charise for 32 years, and they have 5 adult children. He spent 28 years of his life in public safety work as a firefighter, EMT, and Sheriff’s deputy.
He was licensed and ordained into the gospel ministry in 2003 by New Hope Baptist Church in Marianna, Florida. He and his family also spent two years on the mission field in East Asia through the International Mission Board.

Logan Mauldin – Elder
Logan surrendered to a call to full-time ministry during high-school. He served in his home church as a worship leader before attending the Baptist College of Florida in Graceville where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Theology.
While in Graceville, he married his wife Teresa and they began their family. They have been married since 2002 and have three teenage children. He has served in various ministerial roles including Youth and Student Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Interim Music Minister. In addition to his ministerial work, he has also worked as a Human Resources Manager and Occupational Health/Safety and Security Director. He is currently working for Levy County Schools as an IT Professional.
Logan’s family joined Redeemer in August of 2019 and have been serving since very soon after. He was installed as an elder in June 2020.
