Coming Soon: Good News Immediately!

The Gospel of Mark moves fast. Very fast. It is the shortest of the 4 gospel accounts and the word “immediately” appears over 40 times as Mark rushes us from wilderness rivers to storm-tossed seas, from crowded villages to lonely mountains, and from exorcisms and miracles to the shadow of the cross.

But beneath that fast pace is incredible depth. Mark is not merely telling us what Jesus did. He is revealing who Jesus is. This Gospel invites us to stand on the banks of the Jordan with John the Baptist, walk dusty roads with fishermen, tremble with the disciples in the storm, and ultimately stand before the crucified and risen King.

Starting in June 2026, and over the coming years, we will slow down and walk carefully through this remarkable Gospel together, tracing its themes, Old Testament roots, kingdom imagery, and the breathtaking revelation of Jesus Christ the Son of God.

This is the Beginning of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. The king has come, and the good news still demands a response.
